M.W. Rudnick Beef Co. is owned and operated by a local, 4th generation cattle rancher. Growing up around cattle and eating locally raised beef led to a passion for finding the best quality beef. And what do you do when you can’t find something? You make it yourself. After years of harvesting high-quality angus beef and sharing it with friends and family, we quickly discovered there was a large demand for quality beef that cannot be found in a store. To fill that demand, we created M.W. Rudnick Beef Co.
